Description[]
Water towers are large containers of water, on top of special towers. They are made to contain and provide water in areas where pressurized water pipes aren't available. Modern real word cities haven't relied on water towers for over a century. See also: wikipedia article for water towers.
In San Esperito they are large 5 legged balls, where the central leg is presumably a giant pipe. The 4 "corner" legs have steel cables, or beams, connecting them to eachother in cross patterns. The towers are entirely grey and made of presumably steel, altho, the legs could be concrete.
The "ball" at the top has a walkway all around, with a handrail about 140 cm high (compared to Rico), but strangely, there's no ladder leading up there, so the only way to get there is by parachute, or helicopter.
They're about 20 meters tall and the largest such towers in the known Just Cause Universe. They are tall enough to BASE jump off of, when jumping over the handrail.
